Meditation for Beginners – Friday 8-10PM: Meditation session consists of two 45 minute sessions separated by a 15 minute walking meditation, and stretching. No previous experience is re-
quired. Walk-Ins are welcome but we’d like to know that you’re coming.
Wear loose-fitting clothes that will let you stretch during the sitting. No
skirts or revealing clothes please.
Note: If you are new with us, we require that you receive an orientation
